Umesh Jain
(ujain@sourcepointpartners.com)
is a leading authority in the areas of contact
centers, customer service, sales force automation, CRM and global
outsourcing and frequently speaks on these subjects at conferences.
Over the last ten years, he has provided services to leading global
corporations, including FedEx, American Express, ServiceMaster, Autozone,
Autoland, Paymentech, CheckFree Corporation, Microwarehouse,
Union Bank of Switzerland and MC Securities among others.
His experience varies from strategy
development, technology selection / implementation, to process design and
implementation. His technology experience includes hands-on experience
with CRM and call center technologies such as Siebel, Clarify, Vantive,
Kana/Silknet, Genesys, Onyx, Saleslogix and others. His background
includes executive positions at Cambridge Technology Partners, overseeing
the call center division for Southeast US and Latin America, and US Web/CKS
(marchFIRST), where he created and ran the global Call Center and CRM
practice.
Umesh has a strong background in outsourcing
planning, vendor selection and management. He brings experience of
setting up outsourcing services through partners in United States, and also
offshore in India, Philippines and United Kingdom. He provides
strategy and transaction services to corporations and to outsource
providers.
Lisa Peddy
(lpeddy@sourcepointpartners.com) brings entrepreneurial, transaction and corporate experience,
with a focus on financial services industries and technology. She has
developed partnerships with numerous major financial entities such as Chase, BankOne, Travelers, has transaction experience in M&A and fundraising, and
participated in the successful turnaround and spinout of a division of a
NYSE corporation.
Lisa was cofounder/EVP of a company that created
the first integrated financial and benefit services marketplace targeted at
employees of major corporations. At ProAct Technologies (formerly CFN) Lisa
was critical to the company’s success in: Successfully establishing
partnerships with over 80 financial service providers and with multiple
distribution partners; Creating a patent-pending business process to “learn,
try, apply and buy” financial services; Developing and launching 17 product
marketplaces; Developing the private label ASP technology business strategy
for the company; Raising over $350 million in private equity financing over
4 years
Previously Ms. Peddy was an executive at Equifax, Inc. (NYSE: EFX) involved
in the successful turnaround of a substantially unprofitable division which
subsequently spun out as a separate public company, ChoicePoint Inc. (NYSE:
CHP). Ms. Peddy held various positions of increasing responsibility
involving strategy, M&A activity, and most recently overseeing strategic
sales for 8 different business units.
Prior
to Equifax, Ms. Peddy was a Manager with Arthur Andersen & Co. specializing
in IPOs and restructurings. She retains her status as a CPA.
Leslie Jones (ljones@sourcepointpartners.com)
has more than 13 years of experience in management consulting. She has
led strategy engagements for global chemical companies, traditional insurers
and large banks. Before founding SourcePoint Partners, Leslie was the
head of marchFIRST’s strategy practice for the Southeastern region. Leslie
has also worked for Andersen Consulting’s strategy practice (now Accenture),
First Chicago’s strategy group (now Bank One), and KPMG Peat Marwick’s
health care consulting practice.
Some
of Leslie’s experience includes developing an Insurance strategy for CIGNA
that resulted in the sale of one of their divisions. Leslie was also
the partner in charge of creating an on-line strategy for Sunlife of Canada,
UK and Dupont Commercial Flooring. Leslie was responsible for crafting the
consumer insurance strategy for First Chicago and an insurance technology
strategy for First Union.
