Providence based Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island selected Perot Systems to manage it's technology and business process outsourcing, including deployment of Perot Systems' Diamond Enterprise technology and assumption of responsibility for delivery of the claims, disbursements, IT and membership administration business functions.
